No. There is nothing to set up and no gear to buy. If you can take a clear photo of your piece with your phone, you can use Studio.

Yes. You get 17 free photos as a guest, with no account and no card — 10 on Lite, 5 on 1K and 2 on 2K, so you can judge the real quality on your own piece before committing to anything. (4K is the one model that needs a paid plan.) Guest photos carry a watermark.

Yes, and it is meant for people who actually sell jewelry. Add your business website or an active Instagram when you sign up and, once that is verified, we unlock 400 credits — 50 shoots, which is 100 photos. No card required and they never expire.

Usually under half a minute. Lite shots come back in about 10 seconds, 1K and 2K in 15–25 seconds, and 4K — the heaviest model — in around 30–40 seconds. You do not have to wait: queue up a whole shoot and keep working while it renders.

Yes — Studio is built phone-first, because that is where most jewelry photos start. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

One clear, in-focus photo of just the piece. A phone photo on a plain surface in even light works well. The more clearly the piece reads in your photo, the more faithfully Studio can reproduce it — every stone, prong and hallmark.

Studio replaces the background and the lighting for you, so a perfect setup is not needed. Just avoid heavy shadows, hard glare on the metal, and busy backgrounds that hide detail.

For worn and in-hand looks Studio adds the hand or model for you, so your reference should show the piece itself. A photo that is mainly a portrait of a person is not a usable reference.

Yes. Open Advanced before generating and set the size — Dainty, Classic or Statement — or type the real measurement, in millimetres or carats. Scale is the thing a photo cannot tell us on its own, so this is the single most useful setting for jewelry.

Yes — Advanced has a stone-shape picker. Cuts that look alike from certain angles (a radiant and an emerald cut, for instance) can be read wrongly from a single photo, and setting the shape yourself overrides what was detected.

Yes. In Advanced you can override the metal colour and the stone, and both apply to the same shot — it is still one generation, not extra ones. Useful for showing a design in yellow, white and rose gold without re-shooting anything.

They are the models Studio can shoot with, from fastest to finest. Lite is quick and cheap, for trying ideas. 1K is the everyday workhorse. 2K is for website heroes and anywhere detail shows. 4K is print-ready and the most faithful to your piece.

Every photo carries a small badge showing which model made it.

Because a listing shot needs a genuinely flat white background, and the heavier models paint a photographic studio environment behind the piece — which shows up as a faint haze on what should be pure white. So Studio White always renders at 1K and is charged at 1K, whichever model you pick.

Yes — a reserved AI model, built for your account from a description and kept for you to reuse. It is included in your plan, which sets how many new ones you can request each month.

Yes. Because it involves a real person it requires a signed likeness release from the person depicted. It is included in your plan, which sets how many real-person avatars your account can hold at once. Once active it is reserved to your account.

Two. Every generation shoots the same look twice and you are charged for one. AI still gets things wrong often enough that a single render is a coin flip, so you get a choice rather than a gamble — keep whichever you prefer, or both.

Re-run it as many times as you like. Results vary from shot to shot by nature, and you can change the look, the angle, the size and the Advanced settings between tries to steer it. Each run costs the same as any other.

You are not charged. Anything that does not come through is refunded automatically. And if your connection drops while a shot is rendering, Studio finds the finished photos when you come back rather than losing them.

Every photo is saved to your Gallery automatically, so nothing is lost. Each one shows the model that made it, and you can download singles or whole batches.

Only on free output — guest shots and free-account shots carry a mark. Anything on a paid plan or bought with a pack comes back clean.

Square (1:1), portrait (4:5), vertical (9:16), wide (16:9) and classic (3:2). Each look opens at the shape that suits it, and you can change it.

Two ways. A monthly plan gives you an allowance of shoots at each model, refreshed every month. Or buy packs — prepaid shoots, no subscription, and they never expire. Both give you two photos per shoot.

Each is $10. Everyday — 30 Lite + 20 1K shoots, 100 photos. Sharp — 24 shoots at 2K, 48 photos. Print — 10 shoots at 4K, 20 photos.

No. Buy them whenever, use them whenever. There is no clock on a pack.

A higher model can cover a lower one. If your Lite shoots run out, a 1K, 2K or 4K shoot will cover a Lite shot — always the cheapest one you have first, so a premium shoot is never spent while something cheaper is sitting there. It does not work upward: Lite shoots cannot buy a 4K render.

Studio — $29/mo: 50 shoots at 1K, 10 at 2K, 2 at 4K, plus 8 Lite a day. Pro — $79/mo: 200 at 1K, 40 at 2K, 10 at 4K, plus 15 Lite a day. Business — $199/mo: 550 at 1K, 120 at 2K, 40 at 4K, plus 30 Lite a day.

Every shoot is two photos, so Studio is up to 600 photos a month. Cancel any time, and annual billing takes two months off. The plans page always shows the current numbers.

No — a plan's allowance refreshes each month and does not accumulate. If you want something that never expires, buy packs instead; those are yours until you spend them.

Yes. Your plan allowance is used while your subscription is active, and anything you bought as a pack stays on your account waiting for you.
